Brent & Kristy McKee
FOUNDERS & OWNERS
Brent and Kristy McKee have a long history with construction and home improvement. Along with Brent’s extensive experience in construction and remodeling, he grew up working alongside his father, also a building contractor. Kristy grew up around construction as well, with experience and knowledge that was gained from her family’s flooring business.
As residents of Forsyth County, Brent and Kristy are committed contributors, serving in many capacities throughout the community they love. Kristy’s head for business, kind demeanor and leadership compliment Brent’s keen eye for detail, knowledge and aim for perfection. They have the right team and business relationships to deliver timely, excellent service and high quality results. Brent and Kristy have two boys, Riley, 20 and Ryder,12. Riley is jumping into the family business while pursuing a license in general contracting. He attends the University of North Georgia where he majors in Business Management. When he isn’t pitching for his travel baseball team, Ryder is a straight A student. He keeps the family laughing with his quick wit and charm. Family and friends are of the utmost importance to the McKees, and they give all the credit for their success in business to their faith in Jesus Christ.
Kimberly Bryant
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Kimberly is new to the Barn Doors and More team. Her love for art and design began in early childhood. She drew inspiration from her mother and grandmother who made everything they touched more beautiful. From painting, sewing, gardening and pulling a room together on a shoestring budget, they created beautiful spaces. At the age of 13, Kimberly took her first art class and fell in love with design. She graduated with a B.S. in Interior Design from Carson Newman University and has over 25 years of experience in Kitchen and Bath design as well as Interior Design. Kimberly loves living in Georgia with her husband David and their cockapoo, Piper. She loves being a wife and mother to their five children. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends as well as sewing, crafting, shopping and the beach. Kim proudly loves all things southern from a good porch swing to the perfect glass of iced tea.
